Hi everyone!

 

The Collaborative meeting with your Inclusive Support Team and ERCSD Team for St. Elizabeth, will occur at St. Anthony Center in Room 2 on Wednesday, September 16th, 2015 from 10:15-11:45am.

 

The purpose of this meeting is:

1. To communicate key messages surrounding role descriptions and service delivery through the  ERCSD and IST approach.  

2. To share the school profile and needs

3. To begin planning for service delivery provided by the school based and school linked teams 

You do not need to be prepared to discuss all new student needs.  Subsequent visits to your school will be planned by individual or groups of therapists/specialists.
